Refund Eligibility

  • In general, all sales are final. However, we understand that circumstances may vary, and we assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
  • We accept refund requests within 21 days of the purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund Process:

  • Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to refund.
  • Our team will guide you through the process and provide the necessary instructions.

Refund Approval:

  • Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.

Return Shipping:

  • To return your product, contact our customer service for shipping instructions.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain items are non-refundable.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.
