Refund Eligibility

In general, all sales are final. However, we understand that circumstances may vary, and we assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
We accept refund requests within 21 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund Process:

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service at info@prismlaserengraving.com.
Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to refund.
Our team will guide you through the process and provide the necessary instructions.

Refund Approval:

Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@prismlaserengraving.com.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.

Return Shipping:

To return your product, contact our customer service for shipping instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are non-refundable.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.
